General Email Graphic Templates

Our all-new email graphic templates can be used with any email marketing provider (FloDesk, Kit, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp and beyond!). Because these are Canva templates, you can customize each template within this pack as you see fit within Canva to build your perfect email every time. Once complete, export each template as a PNG and upload them, in order, into the image blocks in the builder on your email marketing platform. There are step-by-step instructions (& inspo emails!) included upon purchase that detail how to wireframe, create, and prep any email to send!

Upon purchase, you will receive your unique link to access your email graphic templates in your TONIC Account. To make a copy of the original email graphic templates in your TONIC account, click on the link under "My Products," which will open Canva. Select "Use Template for New Design" to create a copy in your Canva account. From there, follow the instructions in the graphics in Canva to wireframe your email, customizing each template as you build your email piece-by-piece. When each template is ready, export each as a PNG, upload the set, in order, into your email marketing provider, schedule, and send!

Image usage within emails can actually increase deliverability! It's important to keep your emails at a 60/40 text to image ratio. We have a really helpful blog post on this [HERE].

Yes, these will 100% work on mobile! Upon completing your email within your email marketing platform, you should be able to toggle the preview to mobile to see how it will look for users reading your email on their phones. Since these templates are templates exported as images, they will resize for mobile devices automatically once loaded into your email marketing provider.
